Last Tuesday, OK!’s fashion editor Kabbie assigned me to work on an article for Cosmo.ph. The shoot was scheduled on Thursday evening so I had no choice but to pull-out on Wednesday. It’s a good thing that my Apparel Accessories professor dismissed our class early so I had ample time to go to the mall to choose and pre-style 5 outfits.
Happily, I was also able to pull-out more clothes and accessories on Thursday morning because my Pattern, Drafting and Grading professor told us that we weren’t going to meet that day, but she gave us a research assignment. However, I still had to go to school for my 230-4pm class. I thought I wasn’t going to make it on time because it was quite traffic in Katipunan plus my classroom is located on the 4th floor (read: the elevator is under construction!). I ran as fast as I could and surprisingly, my Industrial Eng’g professor only discussed the syllabus and the background of the subject for 10 minutes. I was still catching my breath and she was about to dismiss us already. Hahahaha! She gave us an assignment though. :(
My last class ends at 7pm every Thursday, and my call time at the Summit Media office was at 8pm. Luckily, my friend told me that our Accounting professor wasn’t there and our first meeting will be this week. Phewww! Thumbs up for free cut! ;)
As for the Cosmo.ph shoot, it went well. As usual, I had fun with the team! While pinning the clothes and shooting them, Kabbie shared some stories about her job as a fashion editor, her career as a make-up artist, her favorite milk tea chain Chatime, and her recent favorite reality TV show The Biggest Loser: Pinoy Edition. She’s totally random and funny! I’m excited for our next shoot this Friday! <3
