For the contributors page, they asked me a few questions:
What did you do for this issue? I styled the Fashion Week section, featuring a snakeskin top. It was quite challenging because I had to style the top in several ways, from casual to dressy. Nonetheless, I had a lot of fun doing it because I personally love the exotic look of snakeskin, as it brings a polished texture with a tough edge. I had a great time working with the team!
What advocacy are you passionate about? I’m an advocate of sustainable fashion or eco-fashion because I believe in the importance of using environment-friendly methods and materials in producing clothing or accessories to reduce harm to our environment. Fashion is not just about forms and styles, but it is also about substance and meaning.

Here’s the final outcome! We shot this and the November 2011 Fashion Week section on the same day. I got the snakeskin top from monstercloset, an online shop owned by my lovely blockmate, Janina Saspa! They forgot to credit the store though. They put Snakeskin Top by Lae at 50th Avenue. The people from Meg told me that they will just issue an errata.
Thanks so much to Grace Libero, Meg’s Editorial Assistant, for trusting me and for giving me this awesome opportunity! :)

I also styled the Who Wore It Better of OK! Magazine’s December 2011 Best & Worst issue. It’s a jam-packed issue full of detailed articles and amazing photos, so be sure to get a copy as well! Thanks again to Kabbie Rodriguez, OK!’s Fashion Editor, for this opportunity! <3
